competitions and is the winner of the Pol Roger Cup 2004 for blind wine
tasting as part of the London Business School Alumni team.
He is also founder of
Wine for Spice created
to provide a range of wines to
drink with curries and spicy food and is
globally recognised as the leading expert on matching wine with curry.
Edwardes is a founding
member of and was the first Chairman of
ASDW - The Association of
Small Direct Wine Me

and Publisher & Editor of its magazine,
GrapesTALK.
Edwardes was formerly a banking innovation and risk consultant with Delphi Risk Management and merchant and investment banker and corporate treasurer and author of the best-seller "Key Financial instruments: Understanding and Innovating in the world of Derivatives"

Hyde Park Wines Limited is a founder member and organiser of The Association of Small Direct Wine-Merchants (ASDW) which was formed, as the name implies, by a group of British independent small wine merchants directly selling to the general public via mail order and the internet.
Hyde Park Wines is also a member of the UK Wine and Spirits Trade Association (WSTA)
